- Do not give up: No matter how slowly you move, as long as you keep moving, you will succeed. Giving up is always a tempting option in difficult circumstances, and occasionally we find ourselves dealing with so much adversity that we'd do everything to get out of it. That can include giving up on who we are, our goals, or even our morals. But deciding to keep trying is one of life's victories!

Traffic is backed up, perhaps someone was unkind to us, or something that ought to have taken an hour instead took four hours, or you lose a loved one. When you experience challenges of all types, be glad because you know that it strengthens your faith.
- Do not worry: Worrying is a waste of time; there will be good and bad seasons in life; continue living and stop worrying about things that are beyond of your control because worrying can lead to sadness, which can lead to suicidal thoughts. Stop being worried!
- Do not fear: We are designed to have steady minds that are free from fear, which opens doors for us to receive. Fear consumes considerably more energy than confidence does, and if you don't face it, fear will steal from you. The storm, which should have caused or brought dread, is faced by the eagle, making it more joyful for it to soar higher. I challenge you to confront your fear right now!
