At this week's outset of Motivational Monday, I'd like to say It's time to stop making excuses.
In order to get results in whichever area you need them, do not let excuses stand in your way. You're not challenging yourself enough if your ambitions don't make you nervous. And if you keep going that way, your dreams of success will never come true.
It is not by accident that your life improves. It can only improve with change. Change calls for constancy and effort, you should remind yourself of this every day.
Since the beginning of the year, you've made the decision to start seriously pursuing your fitness and health goals, but you haven't worked out for even two seconds. You've made the decision to learn a skill, but you don't want to put in the effort to find the right location and tutor whom you will learn from.

Now is the best time to get started. New week call for a new goals, and you have this!
Willing to make a change? I dare you to list the excuses you wish to get rid of. You should start concentrating on them from now on.
Furthermore, you should make a commitment to getting rid of those excuses. You have what it takes to make the necessary adjustments to your daily routine in order to achieve the best results.
Your daily to do list should be:
- Give thanks for another day and pray
- Your body needs exercise, so try yoga or a few jumps/ sit-ups.
- Good nutrition is important, eat well.
- Fulfill your goals (get that job done, start learning that skills, start cultivating good habits, go for that seminars, go see your doctor, etc)
In particular, keep in mind that becoming who you become as a result of achieving your goals is more important than anything else. Life will get much better as soon as you decide it is time to stop making excuses.
